Gab is incredible at navigating teams and helping those teams find their authentic selves in the workplace in order to move together towards a common goal. She is able to offer refreshing perspectives on the ways a team should work together and independently of each other in the workplace. Giving autonomy to individuals but also unifying individuals in a really neat and eye opening way. She offers unique insights into what the root of the issue may be while letting me explore my own prejudices of the situation and why they may exist.
